Green tea has small amounts of a wide variety of nutrients. But the highest concentration is vitamin C which is ten times higher than vitamin C in black tea.

The polyphenols are much higher too in green tea than in other types of tea.

Organic green tea are rich in vitamin B12 (riboflavin), vitamin D, vitamin K, and carotenoids (betacarotene).

Not only does green tea is higher in vitamins, it also contains minerals such as manganese, selenium, and calcium. It is also rich in fluoride that fights cavities.
