Although drinking green tea delivers a wonderful experience, not everybody has the time to sit down and sip a cup of tea. If you are one of those people who are always on the go, there are some options.First, you can have an iced green tea. Make enough brew and pour it in a tall pitcher and refrigerate. Now, every morning or the night before, pour some into another tall mug and hit the road. You can then drink it throughout the day. Green tea is great hot, cold or in between. Another option is taking green tea supplements. When choosing this route, you want to look for a standard extract containing up to 97 percent polyphenols (with up to 67 percent of it being EGCG). The usual recommended dose if 300-400 mg daily. by: TheTeaAvenue |
